Glass – Sculpture. Object, Painting, Drawing and Photography

Exhibiting artists: Miloš Balgavý, Ašot Haas, Jana Hojstričová, Patrik Illo, Jozef Jankovič, Oliver Leššo, Palo Macho, Svätopluk Mikyta, Lukáš Mjartan, Štěpán Pala, Zora Palová, Jan Zoričák.

The collection of glass works, chosen for the exhibition mounted as a part of the annual international exhibition Sculpture and Object, presented current works of artists of different generations and artistic opinions. Glass is a unique material allowing the artists to realise unique visions. The participating artists were asked to present their latest works. In today´s Slovakia, glass is only rarely presented in galleries. As a result, Slovak artists focus mainly on the exhibitions abroad, where they have a circle of collectors.
